JUNE NEWS LETTER
On May 4 we had a very successful car fire seminar that was conducted in Lynn and a classroom session at Saugus Fire Headquarters. I would like to thank Lt. Dave Legerre and the Lynn Fire Department, and Capt. Tom Nolan and the Saugus Fire Department for helping make the training a success. Also a thank you to Dennis Lyons for attending both the burn day on Monday and the class day on Tuesday and sharing his expertise on vehicle fires.
The June meeting will be on Tuesday June 1, 2010 at the Winthrop Yacht Club. The address is 649 Shirley Street, Winthrop Ma. The meeting will start at 10:00 am.
Please bring any pictures or information on any recent fires that any city or town has had. We have a disc of the car fires that were done for the last meeting and we will review this for members that were unable to attend.
